Collection: Special Collab: Lijiang Jade Frame

This collection began during my travels to Yunnan in April 2025, where I first chanced upon this Lijiang-based artist. What started as a quiet encounter with his work soon grew into a collaboration rooted in shared values, respect for craft, patience, and meaning over mass production.

Since then, I’ve brought in only a small number of shipments, each intentionally limited. Every shipment consists of rare, carefully selected pieces, many of which can never be replicated due to the nature of the materials and the artist’s fully hand-drawn process.

For this particular curation, premium jade, crystals, and agates were specially sourced from Donghai and shipped to Lijiang for the artist to work with. Each framed piece features Chinese poetry that shaped me while growing up, paired with motifs thoughtfully designed to echo the spirit of the words.

Each poetry verse is interpreted into only one or two pieces at most. No two are the same, and no future collection will recreate these works.

This collection is a celebration of beauty, in poetry, in craft, and in the quiet dialogue between past and present. It reflects a belief in transforming what’s often overlooked into something meaningful, timeless, and truly one-of-a-kind.
