Return Policy

Our policy does not allow for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

If items arrive damaged, please photograph both the items and their packaging for our records. Many of our stones and items are unique, so we cannot guarantee replacements. However, we will take utmost care to ensure your order is prepared safely.

For missing items or incorrect orders, we will arrange for the return of incorrect goods and cover the cost of replacements and postage.
