Shipping Policy

Local Singapore tracked courier is a flat rate of SGD $5, regardless of number of items. You can enjoy free courier if you spend above SGD $150. 

You can keep an open box with me for up to 90 days. The duration of the open box can be extended whenever you claim a new item.

For international buyers, transactions can be made through  PayPal. However, do take note that there's a 6% processing fee if you choose to transact through PayPal.

Packaging

We prioritize the use of recyclable materials and recycled bubble wrap for packaging purposes. Fragile items will be securely boxed before being handed over to our courier partner to ensure maximum protection and to minimize additional costs associated with courier cartons. If you require specific gift wrapping, please reach out to us with your preferences via my instagram page.

Estimated Delivery Time

We typically ship most orders within 3 working days of purchase. Once your order is shipped, we'll send you a dispatch notification along with a tracking number via email or SMS. You can expect to receive your order within an estimated 1-3 business days from the ship date.

Please note that shipping times can vary, but we strive to expedite your order promptly.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, natural events, or strikes affecting air and ground transportation. Any additional fees, customs charges, or backend fees are beyond our control, but we will do our utmost to prevent such occurrences.
